"Wheels Through Time Museum"

While on our trip to Tail of the Dragon earlier this month we made a stop on the amazing Vintage American Motorcycle Museum “Wheels Through Time” in Maggie Valley, North Carolina.

Not only was this museum breath taking, but it was like a Motorcycle Land for those that love to ride. We had the privilege to see some of the world’s most rare and vintage motorcycles. That is not all that you find in “Wheels Though Time” you also find great antique collection of tools, parts, and riding gear in display.

The museum houses 300 of American’s rarest motorcycles and these include Indian, Harley, Excelsior, Crocker, Henderson, and many more.

This is a place that every biker needs to visit.

Tapoco Lodge

We live in a wonderful world that is full of beauty, charm and adventure. There is no end to the adventures we can have if only we seek them with opened eyes and our hearts. This is why I recommend visiting Tapoco Lodge it is one of the most amazing places that offer you such magnificent experiences.

The Topoco Lodge located in the shadows of
The Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

There is so much to experience inside and outdoors of Tapoco

The Beautiful Cabins

We just returned from one of the best weekend getaways we've ever had! The cabin was superb, spacious, and clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable bed’s we have ever slept in and we felt right at home. The food was phenomenal and the catering was overwhelming. The location was perfect and the Indian Trails were beautiful. There is so much to see, and so much to explore in Tapoco Lodge. This is why I recommend you to stop and visit this amazing place if you are in the Robbinsville, North Carolina area. I believe that you will take something you will remember for the rest of your life from Tapoco Lodge.

Unique resting areas carved out of nature
are placed along the Indian Trails

Trails to explore on the 124 acres that are part of Tapoco Lodge

The water flow that runs from Yellowhammer Creek and Cheoah River behind the lodge is so relaxing.

Last, but not least the Beautiful tail of butterfly bushes and flowers that run along the creek and attract the most amazing creatures.

The Owners (Ronnie & Terry Hedrick) are such gracious people and treat their guests with such royalty. The staff was so courteous and always paid special attention to our needs. Thank Tapoco Lodge, Owners, & staff from the bottom of our hearts. You all gave us an unforgettable memory that we will treasure for a life time. We will be back in October for my Birthday if the Lord permits. See you soon!

Thank you, Mr& Mrs Hedrick & Tapoco Lodge Staff for the great hospitality and for a lovely weekend.

Thank you so much for the thoughtful gift. We really loved it and you couldn't have chosen a more perfect souvenir for us.
